Guilford Key Club students attended DCLC Leadership Conference with 800 other Key Club students in Eastern Iowa/Illinois this weekend in Springfield. Key Club is the largest International Service community in the world and they learned about how to curate, provide and promote service amongst our community while having a great time. Thank you for Representing Guilford and the Rockford Community with Class.

The Guilford High School Chess Team made big moves at state! Seeded 18th, they battled hard and finished with three overall wins. Huge shoutout to Fern Kuntz, who earned a medal with an impressive 5.5 score — five wins and one draw in seven matches. Way to represent, Vikings!

The 13th Annual RPS Athletic Hall of Fame recognized the Class of 2026 inductees! We honored longtime Guilford football coach Mel Gilfillan & the 2011 & 2014 Guilford Boys Bowling Teams—IHSA State Champions. The ceremony was held during the Rumble in the Rock at RVC. Congrats!
