Job Shadow

RPS 205 high school students recently had the unique opportunity to step out of the classroom and into the working world. Through the Business Academy job-shadowing experience, students spent time alongside local professionals, gaining first-hand insight into a wide range of career fields.

This initiative allowed students to explore daily workplace responsibilities across multiple industries. From observing team meetings and customer interactions to learning about specialized equipment and workflows, students immersed themselves in real-world scenarios that brought classroom lessons to life.
